Back to School...

So, today was the first day of my on campus classes. I am definately not a huge fan of summer being over. I am in the bakeshop with James and Kat. It is going to be a party!! We made a Sacher Torte tonight. It was good.


It is soaked in a kirsch (cherry liquor), filled with apricot jam, covered in chocolate ganache and then in a chocolate glaze.


Don't know why this picture is being stupid...

We knew classes were really back because James got cut (Kat stabbed him on accident...) and I burned myself. Oh well. Back to business as usual I guess.
